Many of our deliveries are made within the span of two weeks for the order date.\u00a0If you have any questions about delivery or logistics for an item you are interested in or an item you&#8217;ve already purchased, please call us at 1-877-689-0730 or Contact Us via email by clicking\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/storageshedsoutlet.com\/pages\/contact-us\">here<\/a>.<\/div>\n<h3 align=\"justify\">Large Item Delivery<\/h3>\n<div align=\"justify\">Most of our storage shed kits and shelters and other large storage solutions are too heavy to ship via package carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Contracted freight companies deliver this merchandise. These companies will call the consumer when merchandise arrives at their terminal to set up an appropriate delivery time. Please be aware that in instances where the package is too large for a lift-gate, the companies only provide tailgate\/flatbed delivery and are not required to unload to the curb or on the ground. It is our recommendation to be prepared to hand unload the merchandise from the back of the carrier&#8217;s truck and to have extra people present for the delivery.\u00a0<strong>The carrier is not responsible for bringing merchandise into your home, uncrating, installing or removing packing materials.<\/strong>\u00a0If the consumer needs to make special delivery arrangements, it will be their responsibility to make those arrangements with the carrier when they call. Additional charges may be incurred for special delivery arrangements made with the carrier.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">Panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be\u00a0<strong><u>required\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>to have 2 or more people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building).
