What is the Return/Refund Policy?

     
 
We can accept returns only in the case of damages that occur during shipping. If your product is clearly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and indicate "damaged" on the delivery paperwork. Please contact us within 7 business days to report the damage and we can have the product resent, following the conclusion of any applicable freight claim(s) as necessary.

If you do not wish to reorder the damaged product we will provide a full refund, less any applicable restocking fees. Please note that returns must be initiated by contacting Storage Sheds Outlet within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if initiated after 7 business days of delivery. Once a return is initiated and the product is received back into the warehouse a refund will be issued. Customers can expect refunds to appear on their credit cards within 5 to 10 business days, depending your financial institution and it's processing timeframe.
If only part of the shipment is damaged you can refuse the partial shipment and we or the manufacturer will replace that portion of the products free of charge, provided a freight claim is filed & completed.
 
In cases where an item is missing from your shipment, please contact Storage Sheds Outlet immediately. We will ensure you receive confirmation of shipment of the missing components within 3 business days. Certain products that ship with freight carriers, the proof of delivery must reflect the missing items. If you choose to return the whole product instead of having the missing component shipped, the return is considered customer remorse. If this route is taken, you will be responsible for return shipping and subject to restocking fees. 

Storage Sheds Outlet does not guarantee the descriptions, claims, or warranties made by the manufacturers of the products sold on this site, so it is important to do all the research you can prior to making your purchase. All problems or damages due to misuse, theft, improper assembly, missing parts, product quality, warranty issues, and damage from weather or any other cause (other than damage which occurs during shipping) are not covered in our return policy and are the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer directly for resolution using the phone numbers provided below.
 
**PLEASE NOTE: Customers refusing/returning products for reasons other than damaged goods will be responsible for return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee (of the purchase price).

Replacement Parts

Storage Sheds Outlet will NOT accept FULL building returns due to missing or damaged parts. If during assembly you find that there are parts which are missing or damaged, you will be provided with replacement parts at no cost.
