COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES
Due to COVID-19, there is a tremendous amount of demand in the Backyard Products sector, which has increased the overall demand for the products that we sell. Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers around the nation. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time. Some manufacturers are seeing short delays, but others see delays as long as 10-12 weeks. Please note that this could be the case with a product you purchase from this store. Should you ever need an update on an item, and when it is going to ship, you can reach out to us at 877-689-073.
Delivery Time
Generally, shipping will take between one to three weeks depending upon factors that include the time of year and the distance from the warehouse to your shipping point. Many of our deliveries are made within the span of two weeks for the order date. If you have any questions about delivery or logistics for an item you are interested in or an item you've already purchased, please call us at 1-877-689-0730 or Contact Us via email by clicking here.
Large Item Delivery
Most of our storage shed kits and shelters and other large storage solutions are too heavy to ship via package carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Contracted freight companies deliver this merchandise. These companies will call the consumer when merchandise arrives at their terminal to set up an appropriate delivery time. Please be aware that in instances where the package is too large for a lift-gate, the companies only provide tailgate/flatbed delivery and are not required to unload to the curb or on the ground. It is our recommendation to be prepared to hand unload the merchandise from the back of the carrier's truck and to have extra people present for the delivery. The carrier is not responsible for bringing merchandise into your home, uncrating, installing or removing packing materials. If the consumer needs to make special delivery arrangements, it will be their responsibility to make those arrangements with the carrier when they call. Additional charges may be incurred for special delivery arrangements made with the carrier.
Panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 or more people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, YOU will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
