he Best Barns Roanoke 2-story Barn kit is not a pole building. It is built like your house with wall studs 16" on center. The Roanoke can easily be used for a barn, workshop, or utilize the building for storage. The 16' wide Roanoke provides two floors of unobstructed storage. High side wall on lower level with clear span full loft with 7'-1" center height for bonus room above. The 44" wide loft door opening provides additional access to the loft area. There are 8' wide x 7' high barn doors included. Customize to your needs. Because you are assembling the Roanoke, you have the ability to choose the number of windows, type, and quantity of doors allowing you to place them in the locations of your choosing. Check with your local permit authority before placing you order. This building must be shipped to your local Menards® store. It is shown with optional windows, a French door, and a light fixture. The floor is not included. Shingles are purchased separately by homeowner.
