** EZFit Sheds products are made to order and are non returnable. EZFit Sheds panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to unload. Kits are shipped in a crate. They are packaged in 1-2 crates. You will have to be present to open the package and unload the kit parts manually. You will need a cordless drill and a #2 square heat bit to take the crate apart to unload the kit. The lead time for EZFit Sheds product is 2 to 4 weeks
